I am licensed in the state of New Jersey and can only provide services to clients located in the state. New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy recently signed the state’s Counseling Compact legislation. The Counseling Compact is expected to streamline the process for counselors to provide services in other states. Stay tuned!

I accept certain forms of insurance (see below). I also accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Yes, I accept certain types of insurance plans through my insurance credentialing partner, Alma. Please see Alma’s Participating Insurance Plans page for more information. If you don’t see your insurance plan listed, you may be able to pay for services up front and then request an out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance company.

Monday – Friday 9am-5pm US Eastern Time (exclusive of weekends and holidays)

If you decide not to use your insurance policy or you don’t have insurance, you can still receive services by paying directly (this is sometimes referred to as private pay). My rates are:
Normal business hours
Individuals: $140 per session
Couples: $160 per session
Outside of normal business hours
Individuals: $150 per session
Couples: $175 per session
In certain cases, I can setup a payment plan for services.

Yes, I offer a sliding scale to a limited number of private pay clients. Please ask me for more information.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time may be assessed a $35 cancelation fee.

Each individual session is 45 minutes long, and a couples session is 60 minutes long.

Yes! Your information is handled and secured on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Please note I cannot provide a HIPAA-compliant text message platform. Text messages will be handled in confidence but are not handled or stored in a HIPAA-compliant manner. Therefore, text messaging should only be used for schedule coordination.
